Dominio de Tares does not trace phone calls or use any methods to identify users. Furthermore, we do not generate or maintain internal connection logs containing Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, meaning that no information about you will be available to Dominio de Tares. Reports submitted to the Whistleblowing Channel from your device are received through a secure internet port, and we do not track or display usernames. Accordingly, we will not use the information for any purpose other than delivering it to the Compliance Committee for appropriate handling.

Dominio de Tares informs you that your data is treated confidentially and used exclusively for internal purposes and for the purposes stated. We therefore do not transfer or disclose your data to any third party, except in cases provided for by law or where expressly authorised by the user.
