How does it work?

Once on the website, you simply need to fill in the relevant form, optionally attaching a file. After submitting the form, a report number will be generated, which will be displayed and sent to the email address provided in the form.

Through the same website and using this report/reference number, you can check the status of your report at any time.

Finally, following the report, if an internal investigation is warranted, it will be conducted by the body assigned for this purpose in order to clarify the reported facts. If the facts are ultimately confirmed, the appropriate disciplinary measures will be taken.

Whistleblowers who submit reports in bad faith, knowing them to be false or with the sole intention of damaging the reputation or prestige of Dominio de Tares or any of its professionals, will be subject to the sanctions set out in the company’s disciplinary regulations.
